Be the clear connection between the load and the lift.
About this registration
Careful attachment and clear signals make a practical difference on every lift. Share your load-handling experience and the types of equipment, sites and lifting teams you have worked with.
Your experience may include
- Select and attach the specified lifting accessories in accordance with the lift plan and your competence.
- Check accessory condition and identification, load security and the planned lifting points.
- Use agreed hand signals or radio communication to direct movement within your assigned role.
- Maintain a clear landing area, control access and report anything that makes the planned lift unsafe.
Help us understand your background
- Loads and accessories handled, including any varied or restricted-access lifting experience.
- Crane or other lifting-equipment environments and your experience of signalling methods.
- Relevant slinger/signaller training, cards and certificates, including their categories and validity.
Work that fits your circumstances
Tell us where you want to work, when you are available and whether you prefer permanent employment or contract opportunities. Include travel, shift or rotation preferences and the sectors you know best. You do not need experience in every area listed above; a clear account of your strengths helps us understand your fit.
A straightforward next step
When enrolment is open, create your Wexlen profile and build it in stages. Add your experience, then a CV and relevant cards or qualification certificates when you have them to hand. Practical experience matters: make clear what you have done, what you hold and what you would like to do next.
What happens next
Your profile gives Wexlen a starting point for future-role matching. If a potentially suitable opportunity arises, a recruiter may contact you to discuss the specific role, location, pay, engagement terms and requirements before you decide whether to proceed. Keep your availability and preferences up to date.
