Accessibility

Support with using Wexlen, accessing information and taking your next step.

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Our approach

Wexlen Ltd wants candidates, clients and other visitors to be able to use our website and workspaces, including people with disabilities or additional access needs.

We aim to make our website and workspaces clear, straightforward and accessible. If you experience difficulty using any part of the service, please contact us so we can help.

Help using Wexlen

If a page, form, sign-in step or document upload is difficult to use, email info@wexlen.com. Tell us what you are trying to do and the support or alternative format that would help.

You can ask for help understanding a role, providing recruitment information or accessing content in another format. We will discuss a suitable way to help while protecting your information. You do not need to tell us a diagnosis to report an access problem.

Please do not send passwords, authenticator codes, medical records or identity documents with an accessibility enquiry.

Using your browser and device

Your browser and device may offer zoom, larger text, speech input, screen reading and other accessibility settings. You can use these settings when accessing Wexlen.

Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between interactive controls and Enter to activate links and buttons. If a control cannot be reached or used, please tell us where the problem occurs. For account and upload functions, JavaScript and essential sign-in cookies need to be enabled.

Documents and secure sign-in

CVs and certificates supplied by candidates, clients or other organisations may have different formats and accessibility levels. A scanned image or PDF may not contain selectable text or work well with a screen reader. If you cannot access information we have provided, ask us for help or an alternative format.

Secure sign-in includes email verification and an authenticator. If either step presents an accessibility barrier, contact us so we can discuss support. Account security checks still apply when arranging assistance.

Reporting an accessibility problem

Email info@wexlen.com with the page address, what happened, what you expected and your preferred way for us to respond. If useful, include your browser, device or assistive technology and a screenshot with personal information hidden.

We will review the issue, discuss any immediate help you need and explain the next steps. Where a fix needs more time, we will consider an alternative way for you to complete the task.

Keeping this information current

We review this information as our website and workspaces change and when users report barriers. The date above shows when this page was last updated.
