A well-run lift depends on everyone understanding the plan and their part in it. Tell us about your experience supervising lifting operations, coordinating the lifting team and recognising when a change requires work to stop.
Your experience may include
- Brief the team and supervise operations against the authorised lift plan and method statement.
- Check that personnel, lifting equipment, accessories and work-area controls match the agreed arrangements.
- Coordinate operators, slingers and signallers, including communication and exclusion-zone controls.
- Monitor conditions and stop operations where necessary, referring changes to the person responsible for lift planning.
